Weekend at Papa and Gigi's

First whole weekend 

at Papa and Gigi's.

 New experiences for all of us. 

So.. the story... by Levi.  

First, find all the flowers

 that are blooming.

SMELL THEM ALL.

Find Gigi's shiny and pretty 

necklaces she keeps in a bowl.

Wear ALL of them.

Get out lots and lots of trucks, 

cars and blocks.

Blow up a "boat bed" with Papa

 for night-night time.

Have Gigi send mom and dad 

a picture of me sleeping in my bed.

 Then there was a great ride 

on the train at Burke Lake Park.

Whoo hoo and there was a tunnel!

And squirrels!

 Gigi brought bread 

so we could feed the ducks.

They swim and then 

come fast to the bread!

We looked at tall trees

 against the blue sky.

We talked about swinging high

 when it was "windy."

Saw sparkles on the water.

Liked the blue water AND the blue sky.

 I found fun slides- red and green.

I like to eat with my CARS plate.

After Saturday Worship there was supper

 at the Gold Arches Supper Club.

We got a battery for the Fishing game 

and practiced catching fish.

Hug time with Papa and Lighting McQueen.

Rides on Papa's shoulders.

And thinking about Sunday AM- 

Soccer Practice.

Not too sure...

So we make up our own rules 

about the "pirate ship"

and cones and balls.

So, all in all-

Papa and Gigi did pretty well 

on their first all- weekend overnighter.

Think they will be ready to try it again-

sometime soon.
