2 Tim. 2 :1-13
A Good Soldier of Christ Jesus
Going over this section,
here are some phrases
that stand out to me this week:
- be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus
- teach others
- share in suffering
- do not get entangled in civilian pursuits
- compete according to the rules
- be hard-working
- think over what I say
- understanding in everything
- remember Jesus Christ
- the WORD of GOD is not bound
- endure everything
- obtain the salvation this is in Christ Jesus
v.11 "The saying is trustworthy for:
If we have died with him, we will also live with him;
If we endure, we will also reign with him;
If we deny him, he also will deny us;
If we are faithless, he remains faithful-
for he cannot deny himself."
Thinking on that today.
